Digital Asset Issuance

Only authorized issuers can create and issue digital assets. To become an issuer, users must register as a business, complete KYB (Know Your Business), KYC (Know Your Customer), and accreditation processes. Once approved, eligible users can create and issue their digital assets.

1. Sign up as a business.

2. Complete the KYB (Know Your Business), KYC (Know Your Customer), and accreditation processes.

3. Once approved, you will be eligible to create and issue your digital assets on the platform.

Once you’ve issued digital asset(s), you can view them in your issuer dashboard or Asset Issuances Tab.

Dividends for issued tokens can be distributed directly through the platform. After your assets are issued, you can use the Pay Dividends feature in your Asset Issuance Tab to allocate payments to token holders according to their holdings.

When you are creating a token, we would typically require:

• Asset type and features – Such as utility, security, or dividend-bearing characteristics.

• Asset name and symbol – The name and ticker for your digital asset.

• Total supply – The maximum number of assets to be issued.

• Decimals – The number of decimal places the token can be divided into.

• Optional metadata – other relevant information to help identify your token.

• Investor Eligibility – Depending on the jurisdiction of your digital asset, specify which types of investors are eligible to invest.

• Investment Agreement – Upload a document for investors to sign to validate their investment.

Once these details are submitted and approved, your token can be created and issued
